Raratu Lodge

This lovely 3 double bedroom lodge style accommodation is in a secluded rural setting with wonderful views of the surrounding area and Karangahake Mountain. It is five minutes walk to the Karangahake Gorge walk tracks, the new Hauraki Rail Trail and the Ohinemuri River which is ideal for swimming or trout fishing or just whiling away the hours watching the river flow by.

The Lodge is available as a bed & breakfast homestay where your hosts will be there for company and to provide meals or you can hire out the whole lodge and self cater (minimum of 2 nights required for this option).

We can provide lots of extra services such as meals, picnic or packed lunches for your tramp, sober driver if you wish to visit the local winery for lunch,guided walks, therapeutic massage or tours of the local area. If there is something you would like to do or need, just ask and we may be able to provide - all at extra cost of course.

Raratu Lodge is also available for  weekend retreats:
"Healthy Lifestyle"which includes yoga, diet, herbal consultations, massage, walks and other options for up to six people.

"Decadent Delights" - sumptuous food, a trip to the Winery, massage, foot spa & more

Choose any option or it can be a combination of the two.
