This place has a lovely rural outlook, set in 22 acres of rolling hills and native bushland with natural flowing river.




Enjoy the peace and quiet, no noisy neighbours, street lights or local hoons. Take a walk, following the river down to the swimming hole where you can find glow worms lighting the banks at night.
Explore our extensive garden - a major work in progress.  If you enjoy walking, we can arrange a guided walk to the "Rats Tooth" pinnacle up the valley close to our home. Our property is almost halfway between Thames & Paeroa and both areas offer great tourist attractions and eating options.





We have a lovely outdoor barbecue area overlooking our garden. You are welcome to join us here to watch the sunset and enjoy a home made beer or a glass of wine.

There is a small studio where Tracie creates mosaic objects and also home made pickles and chutneys - all for sale.  Grant makes concrete garden ornaments and there is a great selection to choose from.

"Pear Tree Cottage" is a stand alone dwelling behind our home. Enjoy total comfort in the super king bed with electric blanket, gas heater, en-suite bathroom, freeview TV, tea & coffee facilities. There is a small outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.





Rates are between $75 - $120 and include a continental breakfast. A cooked breakfast is also available for an extra $10 per person and we can organise an evening meal at extra cost if you require it.

We also have one extra room with queen bed available inside our home with share bathroom facilities.
